TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME IN ANY KIND OF WAY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW.

I. GENERAL TERMS

-I have the right to decline your commission.
-NOT First come, first serve. (Rush fee: 30% of total price)
-You can ask me for a WIP but do not spam. (ex: asking everyday for updates)
*Please do not complain about my prices
-Provide clear references [Max of 3 changes per commission]
-Most of the commissions will be streamed unless the client wishes not to

I, the artist, am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service that I providedI will not copy/imitate other peoples OC's for designing commissions

WILL DO

-OC'S/Persona's
-Anime characters
-Little lewd (bikini, bra, etc.)

WILL NOT DO

-Old/wrinkles
-Lewd (no clothes, nsfw)
-Gundam / Mecha/ Furries

II. PAYMENT

Live2D Art and Design commissions must all be paid 1/2 upfront and (last) 1/2 of the payment after completing commission

Illustration commissions - half payment after approved 3D sketch –> rest of the payment after completing commission

RIGGING commissions & CHIBI Model art- half payment for start –> rest After half of work done

Payment only through Paypal

The customer is required to pay a 5% Paypal fee ADDICTIONALLY!

COMMERCIAL PRICE: If you wish to sell merch using my art, use it for promotion or use it for stream overlays/assets, the fee will be 2x the original price!
I still have copyright over the art and my watermark will remain.

III. PROCESS

- After choosing Your commission I will send You a 3D sketch of your commission to your email/twitter/discord in case you would like me to change/fix anything.- Once the 3D sketch is to your liking I will proceed with the 1st paypal invoice.- After the payment I will continue on with a clean sketch with all the character details (clothes, face,hair, etc.).- After approved clean sketch I will move onto lineart and base coloring! (At this part You may request up to 3 changes).NOTE: I will be sending multiple WIPS throughout!- If everything is to Your liking I will be finishing off the commission.- I will send You the finished product after last payment.

- After payment I will send You a clean sketch of your Model to your email/twitter/discord. In case you would like me to change/fix anything please let me know!- Once the sketch is to your liking I will proceed with lineart and base coloring! IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, no changes are allowed to be made.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.

The commissioner is allowed to:

- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the art (for personal use), and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way unless discussed upon)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.Before I send you a sketch, I will send a full refund.
After accepting the sketch U will not be able to refund the order!
With live2D Rig refund is not available.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
